Privacy Notice
Mojave Match (a Nevada limited-liability company in formation; "we," "us," "our") operates mojavematch.com (the "Site"). This notice describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have under Nevada law — including the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information under NRS 603A.340.
1. Who we are
Mojave Match is a marketing and referral service. At launch, we will connect Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin homeowners with one licensed Nevada State Contractors Board C-10 landscaping contractor per project. We are not a contractor and do not perform landscaping work.

2. What we collect today (pre-launch)
During pre-launch, the only personal information we collect through the Site is:
- Email address you submit to the launch-notification form.
- ZIP code, if you choose to provide it (optional).
- Internet and network activity — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We may use basic analytics cookies.
We do not collect phone numbers, street addresses, project details, photos, or contact information for the matched-partner flow until the lead form launches post-attorney review.
3. What we will collect at launch
When the project-lead form goes live, we will additionally collect the categories described in the attorney-reviewed notice that replaces this page. Those categories are expected to include name, mailing address, phone number(s), property address, project details and photos, consent-capture records (text version, timestamp, IP, certificate token), and derived inferences (service area, service interest).
4. How we use your information
Today, we use the information we collect to:
- send you the launch-announcement email you requested, plus occasional pre-launch updates about Las Vegas landscaping (you can unsubscribe anytime);
- operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- respond to questions you send us at privacy@mojavematch.com or hello@mojavematch.com;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information with:
- Service providers — vendors operating the Site and our backend on our behalf under written contract: web hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics.
- Legal recipients — when required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to protect our rights, property, or safety; or in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition of Mojave Match.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration to unrelated third parties for those parties' own marketing purposes.
6. Nevada opt-out (NRS 603A.340)
Nevada law gives Nevada residents the right to direct an operator of a website not to sell certain personal information the operator collects. To exercise this right, submit a verified request to privacy@mojavematch.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out Request" and the email address you used on the Site. We will acknowledge your request within 60 days of receipt and process it consistent with NRS 603A.340.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use first-party cookies for basic Site function. We may use third-party analytics cookies (e.g., privacy-friendly analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may impair Site function. We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request to the extent recognized by Nevada law.
8. Data retention
- Launch-list email subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe; after unsubscribe, we keep a suppression-list-only entry indefinitely so we do not email you again.
- Web analytics and IP logs: 14 months.

9. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe — click the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or email privacy@mojavematch.com.
- Nevada opt-out of sale — see Section 6.
- Request to know or delete — we will honor reasonable requests to confirm what information we hold about you and to delete it, subject to legal retention obligations. Email privacy@mojavematch.com.
- California residents — if you are a California resident, additional rights may apply under CCPA/CPRA. Email privacy@mojavematch.com to exercise.
11. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page and, where feasible, communicated by email to active users. The "Last updated" date at the top of this notice reflects the most recent revision.
