Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing mojavematch.com (the "Site") or submitting your email to the launch-notification form, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What Mojave Match is
Mojave Match is being organized as a Nevada limited-liability company. It is a marketing and referral service. At launch, Mojave Match will connect Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin homeowners with one licensed Nevada State Contractors Board C-10 landscaping contractor per project. Mojave Match is not a contractor, does not perform landscaping work, and does not hold an NSCB license. All landscaping work at launch will be performed by independent, NSCB-licensed C-10 partners.
3. Pre-launch scope
During pre-launch (before a Nevada construction-law attorney has cleared the full legal package), the Site offers only:
- general information about the business,
- a launch-notification email signup,
- factual reference to the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) Water Smart Landscapes rebate program.
The Site does not collect project leads, does not transmit information to contractors, and does not facilitate any transaction during pre-launch.
4. No endorsements or affiliations
Mojave Match is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA), the Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB), or any government agency or regulator. References on the Site to the SNWA Water Smart Landscapes rebate program are factual only. Rebate eligibility and approval are determined solely by SNWA.
5. Email communications
If you submit your email to the launch-notification form, you consent to receive:
- one launch-announcement email when the partner network goes live;
- occasional pre-launch updates about Las Vegas landscaping (you can unsubscribe from these at any time).
You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Please allow a reasonable period for your request to propagate through our systems.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false or misleading information, including fake email addresses or email addresses you do not control;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or any networks connected to the Site;
- use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site in a way that exceeds ordinary human use;
- attempt to access any non-public area of the Site or any system or data not intended for you;
- use the Site to violate any applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Mojave Match name (pending registration), marks, logos, text, graphics, and code — is owned by Mojave Match or licensed to it. You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly display any part of the Site without prior written permission.
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, the SNWA rebate program page). Mojave Match does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Follow links at your own risk.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Mojave Match makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Information on the Site may contain errors or omissions; we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.
Because no project lead form or partner agreement is live during pre-launch, Mojave Match makes no representation regarding any future contractor referral, pricing, scheduling, or project outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojave Match and its founders, members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Mojave Match's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Site during pre-launch will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
