How we compare

One Vegas homeowner.
One licensed pro. No auction.

Angi, Thumbtack, and Networx sell your request to multiple contractors at once — that's the whole business model. Four call-center reps phone you in ten minutes, the lowest-quality bid wins, and your evening gets ruined. Mojave Match is built the opposite way on purpose.

Below: how we compare on the things that actually matter to a Vegas homeowner. Information about Angi, Thumbtack, and Networx is based on their publicly stated pro practices and reviewable terms as of 2026; their policies may change.

The trade-off

What you give up to use Mojave Match.

We want to be honest about this: the thing Angi and Thumbtack give you that we don't is competing bids. If you want four prices on a driveway job so you can squeeze the lowest one, their model does that better than ours.

Our bet is that most Vegas homeowners would trade the competing-bids dynamic to not have their phone ring four times in a row with call-center scripts, and to know the person calling them is a vetted, NSCB-licensed local partner who specializes in desert-smart work.

If that trade-off doesn't sound right for your project — if you want multiple bids on a specific job — the lead-auction model may be the better fit for you. We'd rather tell you that here than match you to a partner who isn't right.
